Fixed Implementation Pricing
We provide a fixed implementation fee based on the agreed scope of work and our standard daily rate. This gives builders certainty around implementation costs and project delivery.
Monthly Service Fee
Builders and contractors operating as principal contractors pay a fixed monthly service fee that covers ongoing compliance management, document certification and user support.
Annual Review
The monthly service fee is reviewed annually and adjusted based on the builder's anticipated project pipeline, contractor network and support requirements, ensuring pricing remains aligned with the level of service provided.

Builders, contractors and workers can access the Onsite app on desktop computers and mobile devices free of charge. There are no per-user fees, no data storage charges and no additional costs as your workforce grows.
