Project Forms
The following forms serve as the master templates used within the Onsite platform to support project delivery, quality assurance, safety, compliance, and communication.
Developed in Jotform and customised for each project, these forms incorporate project-specific branding, workflows, inspection requirements, compliance obligations, and approval processes. Depending on the form type, users can capture photographs, record voice notes, upload documents, and submit video evidence directly from the field.
Each form is integrated with automated workflows through Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring that submissions are routed, processed, and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.
