The following annexures and registers form an integral extension of the Corporate Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manual, providing detailed procedures, guidance materials, templates, and supporting documentation to assist with the practical implementation of HSEQ requirements across the organisation.

The annexures address key management system elements including emergency preparedness, environmental management, risk assessment, quality management, contractor management, workplace responsibilities, and safe work practices.

Complementing these annexures, the registers provide standardised templates for recording, monitoring, and managing critical HSEQ information. These registers may be customised and deployed through the Onsite app to accommodate project-specific requirements, enabling consistent data capture, reporting, compliance management, and operational control across individual projects while maintaining alignment with corporate HSEQ objectives.
